I haven’t been posting much original stuff and it’s all reblogging stuff ‘cos actually I do have a ton of topics to write about, but I haven’t really sat down to do any of them. I actually was looking forward to have a day in the holidays where I just sit at a coffee house and read and write freely but what in the world, I didn’t imagine that I wouldn’t have the time to do even this. Been so swamped with, what exactly? I’m not even that quite sure but there’s just so many things to do especially with Christmas coming up!

Even though all the stuff here is reblogged, if you look closely enough you would piece stuff together and you could tell which phase of life I am now. Anyway, if we’re just talking about today, it was simple enough but blissful enough too. We’ve got our Christmas tree up after much hunting and searching and we’re so happy with it! Christmas ain’t Christmas without our traditional Christmas tree. I think other than the season of giving what makes Christmas special are the little traditions that we do. 

So, today I picked up the guitar and I realized how much I missed how comforting those acoustic strings sound together. I guess you could say a sense of nostalgia? And today I also read back on my tweets, on my notes, on a few posts, and facebook photos and start to see how much I’ve changed and how much things have changed in the past year. 2011 was just… amazing. 

These few months I’ve been rediscovering my love for reading, and I can’t say how much it’s opened me up. My love for words. Not to mention how my days are filled with good music, awesome people, needs being met in the smallest and also the biggest ways.

All in all, it’s just so wonderful how everyday I can wake up to the knowledge that I am so so so loved. I guess this is what made me feel so blissful today. Sense of peace, wholeness, and okay-ness. So thankful. :)
